The Shores of Impel hosts an Eternal Tempest that has existed 2 miles offshore for over 150 years. It is neither magical nor supernatural, but now Hari, the town on the shores of Impel, is experiencing strange events that lead the citizens to believe that evil magics are at play. 
 
And when the Eternal Tempest inexplicably begins moving towards the shores and an ancient artifact is stolen by a Sea Witch, all hell will break loose in the land of Zaelhara!
