Official Rules

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of the sponsors, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible to enter or win.

Sponsor

The contest is sponsored by Phase II x Deimos Infinitum (“Sponsor”).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, or any other social media platform..

Contest Period

Contest begins on April 7, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on May 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (“Contest Period”).

Entries received before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter / No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

During the Contest Period, you may earn one (1) entry for each of the following social media accounts by completing all three actions on that account: (1) follow the account, (2) like/thumbs‑up the designated contest post, and (3) leave a comment on that same post:

Limit: maximum of six (6) entries per person, regardless of the number of accounts or social media profiles they control. Multiple entries in excess of this limit will be void.

Alternative method of entry (AMOE): To enter without using social media, during the Contest Period send an email to HeadlessHammerhead@gmail.com with subject line “HAYL Entry” and include your full name, mailing address, and a statement that you are 18 or older and agree to these Official Rules. Each eligible email received during the Contest Period counts as one (1) entry, up to a total of six (6) entries per person (combined with any social media entries).

Entry Conditions

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, generated by script, macro, or other automated means, or that otherwise do not comply with these Official Rules may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or undeliverable entries or for any technical failures of any kind.

Winner Selection

A list of eligible entries (each associated with a unique identifier) will be compiled after the Contest Period. This list will be made available on https://www.deimosinfinitum.com during the week of May 3, 2026, after the contest closes.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a randomizer tool during a livestream drawing scheduled in early May 2026 (date and time to be announced on the Deimos Infinitum website and/or social media channels).

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding winner selection and all matters related to this contest are final and binding.

Prizes

Number and description of prizes: 20 copies (1 copy to each winner) of Horror at Yishusu Landing, a 300-page full color hardcover 3rd party adventure compatible with 5e Dungeons and Dragons.

Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: Prize has nominal value (approximately 0.00001 USD)]

Prize value is 1/1000 of 1 cent or as otherwise stated above.

Prizes are non‑transferable and may not be substituted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the prize not expressly stated as provided are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Winner Notification

Potential winners will be notified within seven (7) days of the drawing via direct message on the platform used for entry or via the email address provided for AMOE entries. Potential winners must be subscribed to the "Left for the Table" newsletter from Phase II x Deimos Infinitum at the time of the drawing and mailing of the prize to be eligible.

Potential winners must respond and provide any requested information (including a valid mailing address) within seven (7) days of notification, or an alternate winner may be selected.

If a potential winner is found ineligible, fails to respond in the required time, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

Prize Delivery and Liability

Prizes will be mailed via USPS Media Mail (or similar service chosen by Sponsor) to the address provided by the winner, on or before May 31, 2026.

Sponsor is not responsible for and shall have no liability for any damage to, delay of, or loss of prizes during shipment or after delivery has been made to the carrier.

Publicity

By accepting a prize, each winner grants Sponsor the right, where permitted by law, to use their name, likeness, and social media handle for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium, without additional compensation or notice.

General Conditions

Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest, as determined by Sponsor.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Release

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the contest or receipt or use of any prize.

Governing Law / Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
